       This is where it all began for Suffolk Copier Systems, a small retail store located  in the heart of West Sayville, NY.  Working in the office equipment business for over 35 years the founders of Suffolk Copier Systems wanted to do what others could not, "give customers the best prices and honest service".  In today's high tech world of  scanning , fax to email, digital color printing, networked copiers and facsimiles, it is easy to overlook the obvious, some people just want to make copies. At Suffolk Copier Systems we have all types of customers and each one has a different need, some need the Copier, Printer and Fax  to be connected to their  network, while others just need quality equipment and knowledgeable service technicians to keep them up and running on a day to day basis. We understand no two customers are the same and that is why we will customize any service plan to fit your needs.

        The new facility

   It didn't take long for word to spread about this  company that will provide you with all the equipment, supplies and service needed for your office at a huge savings. At first we were surprised by the overwhelming response from our customers but they were all looking to do the same thing "SAVE MONEY", and that's where Suffolk Copier came in.  We  give our customer's something they haven't had in a very long time good old fashioned service at a fair price. Unfortunately we had to relocate to a  larger facility to handle the demand, but this is a small price to pay for being able to  help people make there office run more efficiently and to keep them within there budget.
